Dune Allen Beach
Turn south off the Emerald Coast Parkway onto Scenic Highway 30-A into the heart of this coastal hideaway. Dune Allen is an established community that surrounds Stalworth Lake and Oyster Lake , the first of 17 Coastal Dune Lakes , which are unique to this part of the world. The lakes actually interact with the tides, forming their own biological communities.

Santa Rosa Beach

Blue Mountain Beach
"Mountain" is somewhat of a misnomer for a Florida landscape that is only 345 feet above sea level at its highest point (northern Walton County), but the first European settlers may have mistaken the Blue Mountain area's towering dunes for mountains after being at sea for months! Blue Mountain Beach has numerous planned neighborhoods such as Forest Lake and Highland Park , as well as the luxury condominium developments Adagio and Bella Vita.

Freeport
Freeport is an up and coming city just on the north side of Choctawhatchee Bay and is just a short drive away from the gulf. The Freeport area is enjoying rapid growth and has several planned communities, like Riverwalk - a themed coastal community that has numerous amenities, including walking trails, swimming, and and a picnic area.

Grayton Beach
Grayton Beach is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Grayton Beach is a historic district, with an old Florida flavor. The Grayton Beach area also offers upscale planned communities - among them the Preserve at Grayton and Redfish Village

WaterColor

Seaside
Seaside was the first of its kind, creating the model for towns across America . Seaside 's "walk-to-anywhere" design is working to bring necessary shops and services to its residents and guests, including a post office and a school. Seaside 's centerpiece contains the market, art galleries, a florist, an ice cream store, specialty shops, and other small boutiques.

Seagrove
Back in the 1940s and 1950s, families came to Seagrove Beach , Florida to rent modest one-story cottages with paddle fans instead of air conditioning and wide screened porches (perfect for sleeping). Today Seagrove is a hub of restaurants, shops and services to the 30A community. Beach front condos like the Dunes of Seagrove and beach communities such as Summers Edge make Seagrove one of the more desirable ocean front communities.

Seacrest
Seacrest Beach begins just after the big bend in the road on Scenic Highway 30-A. The road still follows the gulf here, and passes through areas with an up-close view of just how wild and dense the coastal scrub can get. Sugar white sands and emerald green water aside, the main attraction of Seacrest Beach is the 13,000 square foot pool, and the large sundeck area that surrounds it. Homeowners and vacationers can choose from home and homesites, condos, and townhouses.

The real estate choices at Rosemary Beach include homes, homesites, and the flats - located in the town center.
